Rafael Turcios offers years of experience in the disciplines of event management, entertainment and marketing. A graduate of Humber College with a diploma in Event Management and Fashion Show Production, Rafael joined the Game Operations Department of the Toronto Raptors Basketball Club in 1997. He spent five and a half seasons as Coordinator of Game Operations and Special Events for the Raptors, where he showcased his creativity for managing entertainment and organizing some of the most exciting in-game features ever seen at Toronto sporting events.

Rafael not only brings a great deal of expertise to every project, but also a tremendous passion that he has instilled among his entire Mysterio Promotions team. As the man who offers your ticket to creating a memorable event, Rafael brings a genuine dedication and commitment to each of his client's projects.

Stephanie Ward is a client-driven coordinator with the ability to source venues and catering services for any occasion. From managing all on-site logistics to directing event staff, Stephanie offers quality event management service and detailed execution. Her previous experience includes the Bell Canadian Open and the game-day presentation for the Toronto Raptors Basketball Club. Thanks to her knowledge, skill set and youthful energy, Stephanie has already developed a strong reputation within the industry as a tireless and results-oriented event planner for the Mysterio Promotions team who is focused on making sure your next event is on strategy, on time and on budget.
